Speaking during the launch, Jambojet CEO and Managing Director Karanja Ndegwa said the airline’s return to Entebbe reflects growing demand for reliable regional connectivity.

“We are returning to Entebbe with the experience we gained from our first chapter on the route, a densified network and a clear ambition to make regional travel more accessible and reliable.”

The service will also provide Ugandan travellers with onward connections to destinations in Jambojet’s Kenyan network, including Mombasa, Diani, Malindi and Lamu.

Kenya Tourism Board CEO June Chepkemei welcomed the resumption, saying the service will make it easier for travellers to experience destinations in both countries.

“This Entebbe–Nairobi service will make it easier for visitors to combine experiences across our two countries,” Chepkemei said.
