Star Striker Ogam Named LG/SJAK Sports Personality of the Month

Tusker FC and Harambee Stars forward forward Ryan Ogam has today been named the LG / Sports Journalists Association of Kenya (SJAK) Sports Personality of the Month (SPOM) for December 2024.

The 20-year-old, in his first season in the Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKF PL), is the league’s leading top scorer, netting13 times and contributing more than half of his team’s 23 goals. In December, he scored six goals to propel the former league champions to second place in the 18-team league.

“Ogam is just at the beginning of his career, but he is already making a great impact. This is the kind of talent that the SPOM was created for and we are proud to recognize this young player today,” said LG’s Managing Director for East Africa, Dongwon Lee.
