RUTO IN ELDORET: “Stop Being Merchants of Hate”
By Isaac Kogey | ELDORET,
President William Ruto has told off the opposition, accusing them of selling hate, anger and tribalism.
Speaking in Eldoret City today after touring Nandi and Uasin Gishu, Ruto said 2022 politics ended tribal mobilization and Kenyans will now elect leaders on ideas, not insults.

“You are becoming merchants of hate, merchants of ethnicity, merchants of anger. Our country cannot afford that,” Ruto said.
He said his decision to work with the late Raila Odinga in the Broad-Based Government was to kill ethnic politics, and UDA and ODM will continue working together.
