MP Osoro says no committee chair has been removed

Speaking at Kararo Comprehensive School in Bomet East Bomet National Assembly Majority Whip and also South Mugirango legislature Sylvanus Osoro quashed allegations spreading on social that some of the Committee Chairs were removed on the ongoing committee reconstitution.
He said that next week from Monday to Wednesday, the election of the committee chairs will be elected by each House Committee.
On the alleged removal of Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro as the chair of House Committee on Budget and appropriation committee, Osoro said, Some leaders were spreading fake propaganda and should be ignored by the public as such might heightened the political temperatures in the country.
The majority whip stated that National Assembly was yet to reconstitute the committees chairs as per the constitution which requires that every two years each committee should be reconstituted, “from Monday next week elections are to be done and if the chairs are to be removed, so be it,” he stated.
