Government Spokesperson Isaac Mwaura Warns Schools Against Illegal Fee Charges.

Speaking to journalists earlier today at Harambee Annex in Nairobi, Government Spokesperson Isaac Mwaura has issued a stern warning to school administrators over the illegal charging of additional fees.
Mwaura cautioned teachers against using delays in government capitation as an excuse to demand extra payments from parents and guardians, emphasizing that the government had already disbursed funds last term before learners resumed school.
He further revealed that an additional 23.4 billion shillings was released at the start of this term, ahead of school reopening, to facilitate smooth operations in learning institutions.
