Call on Parents to Take Good Care of Their Children.
By Festus Ronoh | Bomet County,
Bomet Governor Hillary Barchok has called on parents to strengthen their relationship with their children and guide them towards good morals and discipline.
Speaking at Mulot Health Centre in Bomet County during the launch of a countywide deworming exercise for school children and the commissioning of various development projects, Prof. Barchok emphasized that children’s behavior is largely influenced by their upbringing at home.

“I urge every parent to be at the forefront of teaching our children discipline and good behavior. Raising children is a shared responsibility,” said Barchok.
The governor noted that parents, teachers, and the wider community must work together to ensure children grow up with strong values and a sense of responsibility.
The deworming programme launched by the county government is expected to benefit more than 350,000 learners across Bomet County, helping improve their health and academic performance.
