Narok County Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu has flagged off the distribution of drugs worth Ksh 50 million to various dispensaries and health centers across the county. This move is part of the county government’s ongoing efforts to enhance healthcare services for residents.

Speaking to the press at the Narok County Referral Hospital, Governor Ntutu emphasized that the procurement of the medical supplies reflects his administration’s commitment to improving healthcare delivery in the region.
“In addition to the supply of drugs, we are also planning to employ 200 nurses and other essential healthcare personnel to ensure that residents receive quality and timely medical care,” said the governor. He noted that the county will continue to collaborate closely with healthcare workers to boost service delivery.

Governor Ntutu also urged residents to register with the Social Health Authority (SHA), noting that it is the most effective way to access medical services. He assured the public that his administration will do everything possible to ensure that all eligible residents are registered with SHA, regardless of their financial situation.
