Teacher Found Dead in Suspected Suicide in Bomet

A 33-year-old Junior Secondary School teacher from Ndubai, Longisa, was on Friday morning found dead in his rented house in what police suspect to be a case of suicide.
According to Longisa police, the teacher was last seen on Thursday evening when a boda boda rider dropped him at his residence. His lifeless body was discovered the following day, hanging inside the house.
Colleagues revealed that in the days leading up to his death, the teacher appeared distressed and often hinted that he “would die soon.”
The body has been moved to Longisa Referral Hospital mortuary for preservation and postmortem examination as investigations continue.
