Bomet Man Accused of Incest will now be locked for 30yrs

Stanley Kiprono Ngeno, an inmate from Kaboson, Bomet County is feeling relieved after high court lifts (vacated) the life sentenced passed by the lower trial court on 12/1/2022 after convicting him of incest.

In delivering the judgement dated 27th day of February 2025, Bomet high court judge Hon. Justice Julius Kipkosgei Ngar-ngar said the life sentence passed by the trial court back then is substituted with 30 yrs sentenced that would run from 29/8/2020 being the date of his arrest and pretrial custody.
