Well-wisher Comes to the Rescue of Nakuru Teen Mothers

Ten mothers at Nakuru Teaching and Referral Hospital, have had their medical bills cleared by well-wishers to help them go home with their bundles of joy.
The teen mums who could not raise their hospital bills, happily left the hospital Wednesday evening after their bills were settled by former NHIF CEO Geoffrey Mwangi.
The women also received some essentials for their babies to help them kickstart their journey.
Before being discharged to go home, the teen mums were also sensitized on the importance of having a medical cover and the need to register for SHA.
