Poor state of school’s infrastructure In Narok

A section of school board of management members and parents of Olkiloriti secondary school in Transmara South have raised concerns over neglect by the government in building sufficient school infrastructure to help their children achieve the required academic excellence.
Led by the chairman, board of management Wilson ole Siparo, while thanking former governor Samuel Tunai for building all the classrooms, the parents call on Narok County governor Patrick Ole Ntutu and Kilgoris member of Parliament Julius ole Sunkuli among other leaders to consider assisting them in building infrastructure such administration block, and dining hall in their school.
”First and foremost we thank former governor OLE Tunai for starting this school. He built all the structures you see here, the current governor only recently completed the laboratory which Tunai started.
We request OLE Ntutu, MP Sunkuli and MCA to chip in and help us build other infrastructure such as school administration block and dormitory.
We still lack alot in our school”. Ole Siparo said.
The sentiments were echoed by other parents and members of the school’s members of board of management.
The school is in the Lolgorian ward, Kilgoris constituency in Narok county.
